Capabilities
Improve Your Productivity by Customising HyperGraph for Your Environment
Reports: Automate the generation and presentation of standard plots and tables, compare results and perform correlation studies using the "Report: Overlay" option
Plot Macros: Use plot macros to capture and replay often-used mathematical curves
Tcl/Tk Programming Layer: Automate procedures through a programmable command layer
Custom Wizards: Create interactive dialogs to collect input, make decisions and execute procedures
Custom Import and Export Templates: Read and write XY plot data
User Written Mathematical Functions: Build custom mathematical functions within the interface or register existing C and Fortran routines
Custom Pull-down Menus: Add user-defined menus to provide easy access to reports, plot macros, custom wizards, Tcl/Tk utilities and third party executables
Data files, curves and scalars can be imported and procedures can call UNIX shell commands, invoke data file readers and present reports

Plot Builder and Plot Details
HyperGraph's automatic plot builder generates a series of fully annotated XY plots, bar charts and complex plots directly from a data files. Formatting options allow users to specify how plotted data is arranged on pages. An intuitive interface provides direct access for modifying all plot areas including axes, header, footer, legend and curve properties. Also, HyperGraph contains a style sheet utility that captures any and all plot settings (such as fonts and colours) and applies them to other plots within a session. HyperGraph supports Linear, Log10, Log20 and Decibel axis scaling, a variety of line styles, symbols and colours, as well as full user control of text size, colour and style.

Analysing Your Data
Create new mathematical curves from existing curves by writing expressions or selecting from over 150 built-in mathematical functions and operators. HyperGraph maintains full association between parent and child curves. A sophisticated mathematics engine performs complex mathematical operations including:
Users can also use the configurable context sensitive menus to apply any mathematical expression or macro to a curve with one click of the mouse.
HyperGraph provides interactive visual features for inspecting data. Users can retrieve individual point data such as X and Y locations, slope and more. Plot statistics can be calculated over a specified range on a curve from the default statistics template and include minimum, maximum, mean and standard deviation. Create a custom statistics template to highlight user/project statistics. Annotate plots with notes which can contain an unlimited amount of text, mathematical and string functions, operators and Templex statements.
Process Automation
HyperGraph captures the entire data analysis process and automates complex and repetitive tasks. With advanced features such as reports, plot macros, custom wizards, custom pull-down menus and Tcl/Tk macros, HyperGraph can be tailored to any analysis environment increasing efficiency and productivity.
These customisation abilities provide organisations with the tools for automating the data analysis process through interactive dialogs for collecting and processing data. Powerful process automation coupled with fundamental XY plotting features makes HyperGraph the ideal data analysis tool for scientists and engineers.
Report Generation
The Publishing Session Export option exports active session reports to HTML and PowerPoint XML. The report is based on the page layout and number of pages in the session. Users can specify which pages are to be written out as well as the format for each window.
