VIBNET
The VIBNET is a specjalized systemic application designed for monitoring and checking machines operating with the Internet TCP/IP connection. The combination of the modern electronic and informatics technology and well projected architecture allows for creation of versatile and flexible systems of monitoring and diagnostics of machinery at the same time allowing reducting the costs of installation and service.
The use of Internet allows for direct access to the diagnostics system form any point on Earth. It enables global estimation of the state of the installation, machines and the system devices.
The measurement modules cooperate with the vibration sensors in ICP standard. There is an option to use any kind of sensors. The VIBNET system along with the supervisory data server may register time courses and perform advanced processing of of recorded data according to the needs and peak value are calculated. The result are compared with given threshold values, exceeding which generates signal of discovered exceeded value. The measure of displacement (with the use of movement sensors), velocity and acceleration of vibrations and the temperatures. The data collected by the measuring modules is stored in the Vibservers memory an may easily be restored for further analysis.
VIBNET - measurement module, equipped with LED display and keyboard for local configuration of the device. It features two ways of performing measurments: one for measuring the vibrations and the other one for measuring the temperature. The collected date are sent to Vibserver after initial analysis. VIBNET features a relay switch enabling direct connection of the module into the existing protection circuits.
VIBERVER - i.e. WWW server, to which the VIBNET modules send the data one VIBSERVER may serve up to 32 measure modules. The acces to the information is possible throught an web browser. VIBSERVER might be connected to the automation systems, relayingthe information directly to supervisory circuits.
Radiotransceiver - the radio communication module. In case of the lack of possibility of direct connection of modules to the Internet server by wired network, there is an option of radio connection. Each radio module serves up to 32 measurement modules.
