Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert capable of taking immediate responsibility for complex simulations in high-stakes defense, aerospace and automotive projects.


• Perform advanced structural analyses and simulations to validate that product designs meet stringent standards.
• Lead the FEA process from pre-processing to final validation, ensuring accuracy in high-complexity models.
• Interpret simulation results to provide actionable design improvements and engineering solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and present data-driven insights to stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in professional/commercial projects specifically using OptiStruct, Simcenter 3D, or equivalent high-end FEA solvers.
• Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of linear/non-linear statics, dynamics, and optimization methodologies.
• Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English (technical reporting will be in English).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Military Service: For male candidates, military service must be completed.
• Logistics: Active driver’s license and no travel restrictions.
• Location: Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa.
