Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our flow and thermal analysis software to customers, troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions.
• Support the sales team with pre-sales demonstrations and technical presentations, accurately analyzing the needs of potential clients.
• Conduct training sessions for software users, sharing your technical knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in either Ansys Fluent or Siemens Star-CCM+
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of CFD, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Active driver’s license
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in English (a must for this role)
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
• Self-motivated with strong ability to learn and continuously improve technical knowledge
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa
