R&D Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test methodologies and procedures for measuring physical quantities like acceleration, strain, and temperature.
• Conduct hands-on testing, including the integration of various sensors (e.g., accelerometers, strain gauges, microphones) into components and systems.
• Set up and operate data acquisition (DAQ) systems, ensuring secure data collection and reliable test execution in both lab and field environments.
• Process measurement data, apply signal filtering, perform basic statistical analyses, and prepare graphical reports.
• Create detailed technical reports and present test findings to R&D and design teams.
• Contribute to test reliability by participating in sensor validation, calibration, and error analysis processes.
• Participate in on-site field tests and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering
• Proven experience in data acquisition, processing, and analysis with sensors (e.g., accelerometers, microphones) is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, self-learning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and an active driver’s license.
• Must be residing in Bursa or willing to relocate.
• Military service completed or exemption for male candidates.
