Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, specializing in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and Test-Based Solutions for industries such as defense, aerospace, automotive, and more, particularly in vibration, acoustics, and fatigue projects.
• Identifying potential customers and offering suitable solutions
• Organizing and conducting sales activities for existing and potential clients
• Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them
• Collaborating with technical support and other sales engineers
• Providing regular updates to clients about new solutions
• Managing, reporting, and improving sales processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field
• Completed military service or exempt (for male candidates)
• Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to actively drive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for sales with a goal- and result-oriented mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and customer-focused
• No restriction of travelling
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa
